Paul is the founder of The Main Ingredient, where he has led the successful development and launch of over 20 ventures in the past decade. His entrepreneurial journey began early, from building the Benelux's largest Nintendo community as a teenager to founding startups and working in advertising before establishing TMI in 2014.

What sets Paul apart is his rare ability to seamlessly navigate between business strategy, design thinking, and technical execution - often all within the same session. This unique combination allows him to quickly validate ideas and turn them into successful digital ventures, while maintaining a deep understanding of every aspect of the development process.

Beyond TMI's innovation practice, Paul is actively involved in the startup ecosystem as an investor and entrepreneur. Based in Ericeira, Portugal, he runs Growth Getaway, hosting transformative business offsites, while also building Crunchable, a platform revolutionizing business intelligence. He continues to guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys and explores new ventures in AI and emerging technologies.
